Microblading
Microblading is a method of applying semi-permanent make-up. Micro-blading is done by manually inserting pigment into the upper layers of skin to give the impression of fullness and shape to the eyebrows. It is done via a manual blade so strokes are sharp and crisp. The results of this method should look natural and just like hair strokes.
Semi-permanent makeup involves having pigment implanted into the epidermis using a fine needle – similar to a tattoo but the process is less painful, the “ink” used is usually mineral based and the results are semi-permanent.
The process usually takes between one a half to two hours and at least one top up will be needed to get your final result.
Healing Process
The healing process is relatively quick and you will be given aftercare advice and final results may not be visible until several weeks after until your skin has healed. The results will not wash off and usually last for a couple of years. Our experts would recommend a top up for maintaining the desired results. To maximise results a top up once a year is recommended.
